What materials are your necklaces and jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials such as stainless steel and 14k white or yellow gold over stainless steel. Each piece is designed to last for years with proper care.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade over time?
No. Our protective coating prevents tarnishing and discoloration with normal wear. We do recommend keeping it dry and storing it in the gift box when not in use.
Do the message cards come with every order?
Yes! Every piece that shows a message card comes with a beautifully printed message card inside the box ready to give straight away.
Can I customize or personalize the message card?
At this time, message cards come as shown in the product photos. We’re working on offering custom messages soon!
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift box?
Each jewelry piece arrives in our standard cardboard gift box. You can also upgrade to our mahogany-style LED box for an extra-special presentation. We also offer gift wrapping for most items, and it can be purchased in your cart during checkout.
